My wife began working with embroidery in 2004 when you she purchased her first machine. Smarty Pants Boutique was created and she began offering personalized and custom products on eBay. What began as hobby soon became a home-based business for both of us as the orders started to grow substantially. Her dedication to customer service and attention to detail was the reason for strong customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

In 2008, I joined in full-time with her to continue the growth of the business. We added direct-to-garment printing to our existing embroidery capacity, giving us the ability to print apparel and other items in full color with no setup fees (Click here for more info on DTG printing and it’s advantages over screen-printing). The name SPB was born to cater more effectively to our business and team sports clients, as well as t-shirt printing.
